Town of Malone

The Malone Town Court offices are open on Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  The offices are open during the noon hour.  Court is generally in session on Tuesday's beginning at 9:30 a.m. and on Thursday's beginning at 4:00 p.m.  Court sessions may be scheduled at other times. 

The public window for payment and collection is open as follows:

Payments may be made by mail to Malone Town Court, 27 Airport Road, Malone, NY  12953. The following forms of payment are accepted and must be in US Funds

• Cash in the exact amount.  Do not send cash through the mail.

• Money Orders

• Bank checks - No personal checks will be accepted. 

• MasterCard & Visa (2.99% transaction fee will be applied)

Please note that, for your convenience, there is a blue drop box located between the court door and the court window which you may use if you drop off a payment when the court window is closed. 

Any questions concerning court operations should be directed to Town Court at 518-481-6634.  Inquires should not be directed to the Town Offices as they may not have the correct information and have no authority to make decisions.  Please understand that the town justices cannot discuss your case with you except during a court proceeding and only when all parties are present.

 2.  Credit Cards: We are now accepting major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard at the court window or via nCourt.
